Ervin's Story

I understand this struggle—because I've lived it.

As a college freshman in Rochester, NY, I became obsessed with leadership, inspired by The One Minute Manager. From the military to the boardroom, I chased performance, climbed the ladder, and earned every badge of achievement. But despite my success, something was missing: I was leading others, but not truly leading myself.

What I realized is that sustainable, meaningful impact isn't about working harder—it's about becoming a proactive, purpose-driven leader from the inside out.
